Berry Yummy: Memorial Day Popsicle Treat!

Happy Memorial Day! Today I wanted to share this yummy recipe to help stay cool while your hanging out with your friends in the hot sun. Making a fruit filled popsicle is super easy and fun!  This simple treat takes 1-3 minutes to assemble and a few hours to freeze.

What you will need:

  • 3 cups of fresh for frozen Strawberries and Blueberries (or any fruit that's red/blue)
  • 2 cups of clear juice
  • Vanilla yogurt or ice cream
  • freezable mold or popsicle maker

First fill a popsicle mold with chopped strawberries  yogurt/ice cream, and lastly blueberries to
create a "red, white, and blue" pattern. Repeat this pattern until it's about 1 inch away from the top of the popsicle mold. Next pour juice or water all the way to the top of the mold and place in the  freezer to harden. And that's it your all done! The final product not only looks pretty, but kids and adults can’t wait to sink their teeth into it.

Hope you liked this Berry Yummy post and if you would like me to give a suggest for a new recipe just post it in the comments :)

As always...
xoxo
