Hi guys! I wanted to start a new type of post just for fitness and staying healthy, every Wednesday I will
share a video from my favorite YouTubers as a quick post since I know it's not healthy to get on my laptop EVERY single day! To kick off the very first Berry Healthy I have one of my favorite videos from Live Strong Women below

  14. I'm definitely inspired! Going to the gym first thing in the morning and will rewatch this video while on the treadmill. My favorite health snacks have to be mangos, peaches, and baby carrots!
