Looks to Love: Let's get Girly!

Looks to Love

Hey guys! I'm still alive, but I have to admit I've been a little obsessed with redecorating my room lately! I tend to change my mind a lot so I have go through quite a bit of rough drafts before
I finally got the whole design plan down. I can't wait to make a post about it once everything is finish! I think that's the third time I used a exclamation point... yeah need to calm it down a little...

Any-who, today I'm doing something a bit little different for my Style Watch, instead of featuring a celebrity full style I would like to just focus on one look and find a celeb who always wear this special look. This type of post will highlight their signature style and why they love it! So let's jump right in :)

Getting Girly

To begin with this Look to Love I wanted to start with someone I adore, Lauren Conrad! I love her style and the fact that she expresses it in a very creative way but also knows what works for her. Lauren is known for her signature long hair and she believes is ultimately girly. Honestly I'm a tad bit jealous of how perfect her hair is but found out how she always have perfect hair with a few things that everyone should have around their house. Today I wanted to focus on her beautiful hair because I think that's the thing that pulls in the whole girly vibe we all get from her.

Hair Accessories

One thing she always uses to create a effortlessly flawless look is a hair accessory, whether it's a bow, clip, ribbon, or headband she always have something to make your eyes go straight to her hair.  One rule that I love is if you have a headband on do not wear a bow or visa versa because it can ruin the whole look. You can find all sorts of hair items at Sally's Beauty Supply, the dollar store or make some DIYs if you are on a budget!

Taming Flyaways

The most effective way to get rid of those annoying little stray hairs is to use hairspray while styling your hair or wrapping your hair up before you go to bed so it wont be so frizzy by the time you wake up. But if your short on time just pop your hair into a simple sock bun to hide any stray hairs. I believe the only reason why Lauren is never caught with a bad hair day is because she knows how important a good bun is :)

So no matter if your in a hurry or have some extra time to do a excellent hair style you can master the art of taming your hair :)

What's your biggest hair problem? Mines is detangling!

Hope you amazing weekend and wishing you lots of good hair days
xoxo

  10. I love hair accessories, but having such big hair, it always seems to leave me with a poofy mound. I haven't quite mastered it yet. xx
