Hey guys! Since today is Wednesday its time for my weekly workout post. How are you coming along with your health goals? Mines have basically gone down hill ever since June started because there's so many treats around the house  *glares evilly at  my empty plate of cheesecake*! I think the reason why I tend to gain weight in the summer months is because
everyone is in a "chill/lazy" mood and that's never the best workout mood. So I'm going to buckle down and get back on track!

Whenever I try to get back on track after falling off the wagon (and rolling down hill and then into a bottomless pit full of yummy treats) I love to do the Turbo Jam Fat Blaster workout because the instructor is super tough but have a fun personality! Turbo Jam came out a few years ago and you had to order it to be apart of the program, but my ended up giving me her unused DVDs because they were just collecting dust on her shelf. Don't get me wrong, my mom enjoys working out, but I think Turbo Jam is just for people who want to tone up since the DVD is recorded you can't really change up your routine and it might get boring. I think it works for me because I only use it when I know I'm off track and need a little help to make my waist go back to 23 inches, which I am currently at 26, *sighs* I love you cheesecake but this relationship isn't working out!
